Neymar, Santos star player, claimed that Ronaldinho had suggested him choosing Barcelona as the club's future.

"I saw [Ronaldinho] as an idol. To be honest I was a little embarrassed to talk to him because he's always been a role model for me," said Neymar.
"In some ways, I still have a deep impression when face to face to face with him," he added.
"In that meeting I was already talking to him about Barcelona. He said that [Barca] it is a great club with great beauty of his city and a friendly climate," he said.
